I became the Discipline Coach when I realized the only solution to my desires hopes and dreams is DRIVE & DISCIPLINE. I realized that not only did I need to work hard, but I had to create self control. Let’s think about it like money. Not only do you need to work hard to make good money, but you need to have self control & DISCIPLINE to actually keep & grow your money because if you do not you will be stuck in a cycle living paycheck to paycheck which is how I spent majority of my life. I want to give my wife & kids EVERYTHING they deserve & more and in order to do that I have to lead by example, be driven and work my ass off, and most importantly have the Discipline & self control to have and pass down wealth & health not just to my family but to everyone who follows me & needs this message.
Brother you know how to eat, you know how to workout, you know about supplements & pelotons & gym memberships. So my question is, why haven’t you fixed your weight? If you have all of the information why are you still so stuck? Well I will give you the answer, you lack DISCIPLINE! Brother your every day behaviors are the reason you have not fixed your weight. When you eat healthy for 3 weeks, have 1 slip up, what happens? You go right back to the way you were eating that caused the weight gain. See there is no diet, workout plan, or surgery that will fix your weight PERMANENTLY. The only solution is DISCIPLINE & that is how I have coached 3,286+ men. No gimmicks, no get fit quick schemes, DISCIPLINE! For the men that join Discipline Club, we are going to replace every bad habit you have with the habits that are REQUIRED if you not only want to fix your weight, but you want to fix it PERMANENTLY!
